A "Hands-On" Approach
Our experienced instructors are committed to teaching First Aid, CPR and AED classes to anyone who desires to learn life-saving techniques .
We offer weekly classes and we will travel to train groups.
Certified and Experienced Instructors
Our instructors are Certified Lay Rescuer Instructors that have many years of real-life experience performing and practicing CPR and first aid. You might be surprised to know that there is no single approving organization for CPR in the United States. Instead, CPR requirements are set by various organizations, state boards, and employers
Utilize Skills with Confidence
Our curriculum is from ProTrainings, which conforms to current guidelines approved by VDOE, VHSL, AFAA, OSHA, DSS, DOLI, VDH & more . You will complete our classes with the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively administer first aid and CPR to adults, children and infants .
